Create Service Pipe

This new command can create a service pipe as well as connect it to an existing pipe. In the dialog a new pipe network can be created for the service pipes, subsequent pipes can be added to the same pipe network. There are multiple elevation options for the connection as well as the end point of the pipe.

This command is compatible with the existing Update and Edit Service Pipes commands.

With Dynamic Update you can have service pipes update automatically with the main pipe.

Set Pipe Slope (NVModifyPipe)

Set Slope has been updated with an option to pick an elevation from an existing pipe.

Fixed an issue that the command did a regen at startup. 

The dialog has also been updated to function better when working with and switching between viewports.

Create 3D Poly from Networks (NvPipeTo3Dpoly) 

Now copies property set data from first selected pipe to the 3dpoly
