Buildings outside the site are excluded

The buildings Metrics (Areas) or number of Units used for calculating the Required Outdoor Area is now based on buildings that are fully or partially on the site. No metrics from buildings outside the site are included.

Include areas

You can now add areas outside the site to be included in the Outdoor Area by selecting Zones to include.

Only the part of the selected zone that is outside the site will be added to the outdoor area.

Sunlit analysis improvements

Choose what method to use for sunlit analysis during a time interval. Use %-method to analyze in a similar way as Forma Classic / Spacemaker Outdoor Area or m2-method to analyze like Forma Sun hours. The %-method is inspired by regulations for the city of Oslo and supports that different parts of the outdoor area can be sunlit during the interval if the entered % of the site is sunlit.
