Dual Elevation point

Creates Cogo Points with two elevation fields for two surfaces.

When starting the command, it now only imports the Property Set connected to the first QTO-file.

Extrude along path

Fixed an issue where the command doesn't recognize AutoCorridorFeaturelines and an issue where it fails on short segments.

Fixed an issue where the command crashes when a CSV-file contains empty rows.
