Duct Pressure loss calculation

Design systems using Systemair Tube F products and perform pressure drop calculation.

The Duct Sound and Pressure loss calculation tool is improved to support calculating systems that contain fittings that split the system into multiple branches that later are joined again. This allows you design a system for example using Tube F products from Systemair and calculate the pressure drop.

You can choose to draw the duct work between the split and join fitting as rigid duct work with fitting or as a flex but if you use Tube F families the pressure drop will always be calculated using pressure drop for the Tube F Flex ducts.

The pressure drop report will show the run between the split and join fitting as one row per run. The flow is evenly divided, and size and length of each run are considered to be the same.

Note! There is no addition or subtraction of sound to the split and join fittings or the elements in between in the sound calculation.
