New! Daylight Factor - Rendering Settings

A new feature that lets you apply different Rendering Settings to the daylight factor calculation in Radiance.

The settings available are:

• Fast
• Medium
• Accurate
• Custom

To edit the parameters, go to Daylight Factor Settings and edit the Rendering Settings

Users can still apply their own custom settings by selecting Custom.

Improved Performance

The Daylight Factor calculation performance has been improved. Users might not see a significant difference in smaller projects but the bigger and more complex the project is, the bigger the impact.

Updated Progress bar

The progress bar has been updated when running Daylight Factor. It now displays the processed number of elements and rooms as they are finished. This will give the user a better understanding of how long the calculation will take.

• Daylight Ratio - Fixed not reporting corrected glass correctly in rare cases.
• Daylight Ratio - Fixed naming of rooms in Windows table.
• Daylight Ratio - Fixed error when editing National room settings with nothing selected.
• Daylight Ratio - Fixed reporting of lower area glazing.
• Daylight Ratio - Fixed issue with saving result when switching standards.
• Daylight Factor - Fixed missing Shading factor in Windows table.
