Publish all files to same folder

You can now configure a common folder to use for all files created by Publish instead of specifying separate folder for each type of document.

Turn on “Use Common folder” toggle to specify one folder to be used by all configurations in the Publish setting.

Publish Sheets from linked projects

Publish sheets from multiple projects in one operation.

You can now use Publish to Print or Export PDF files from Sheets in linked projects. Link all projects into one project and create a Sheet List that includes elements from links. Use the sheet list in your PDF Export or Print configurations. All sheets from the linked files will now be printed as individual sheets.

Publish user interface improvements

Copy a configuration or be sure that you delete the correct configuration.

We have added the possibility to copy an existing configuration within a Publish setting. We have also moved the Delete option to each configuration to avoid that wrong configuration is removed by accident.

Improved Custom Increment of number series

Renumber existing sheets by updating a part of the text in our Edit Parameter tools.

The Custom Increment feature in Edit Parameter, Edit Sheet Parameter and Create Sheets from Plan Views tools is changed to allow updating a part of the text with new number series

The Custom Increment feature is changed from copy the text (sheet number) from first cell and increment selected part to change existing text in the cells instead. This allows you to change a number series within the sheet number without changing other number series.

Bug fixes

• New Project: Fixed that no license is taken when Revit New Project is configured to be used
• Update Project: Shared Parameters used in Key Schedules and by our updaters are excluded when updating since they are read-only
• Shared Coordinates: Rounding setting when using TEXT parameter now also cover the Angle parameter
• Temporary View Settings: Quick Dependent Views, Duplicate Dependent Views and Scopebox Synchronizer now works better if Temporary View Settings are applied
• Type Drawings: Improved stability when selecting Sheets
• Combine Parameter: Fixed issue with parameter changing to allow varying within groups when No was selected in Change Parameter Setting dialog
• Publish: Fixed issue with PDF files not exported if file name had unsupported characters

• Provision for Voids: Changed Import tool to only import round and rectangular provisions with Height/Width/Diameter parameters from IFC files. Provisions with Mesh geometry are ignored
