NEW! Naviate Favorites - Create a custom Accelerate ribbon

A new feature that lets you create your own custom Naviate Accelerate ribbon containing user-selected features. Naviate Accelerate comes with pre-installed presets for:

• Architecture
• Structure
• MEP and Fabrication
• BIM Managers

Besides these, users can create their own presets and share them with colleagues. Once the Naviate Favorites ribbon is enabled, all other Naviate Accelerate ribbons will be hidden. Note that you need to restart Revit for changes to take place.

NEW! Naviate Assistant - AI Help Assistant

Naviate Accelerate is now equipped with an AI Assistant feature which can help you discover new Naviate workflows or simply gain a better understanding of numerous Naviate Accelerate features. The assistant can access all Naviate help documents and quickly provide suggestions for Revit-related workflows.

Preserve View Title Settings and Location

Four features now have improved handling of View Title placement. These features include:

• Legend Manager
• Align Views
• Place Views
• Create Sheets

Now, when you use one of these features, the View Title Type, View Title positioning (Viewport Center or View Origin), View Title positioning relative to the view, and the length of the View Title line will be preserved from the original view.

In Align Views, View Title settings are preserved when aligning to another view, while for Place Views, this works only when using the Template View option.

Revision Manager

When using the Revision Manager feature, you can now see the difference between Revisions added on Sheet and Revisions added by a Revision Cloud. This is indicated in the text in the tree-view after the last Revision name. You can also filter the Sheets tree-view to show only one type of revision. This is done by using the Revision Type dropdown.

Color Element - Linked Projects

Color Elements is now improved with the possibility to create View Filters for elements from a linked Revit project. A toggle is added in UI, controlling the visibility of linked element categories and parameter values. Values that exist in the link only are displayed in blue text.

Please note that linked elements’ graphics cannot be overridden by Element in the view. This means that «Keep color overrides in view when exiting» will not work. If you want to keep the colors, you need to add View Filters.

Renumber - Renumber by Room

The Renumber feature is now improved with an option to match element number to the Room Number and group elements by Room with a sub-step.

• Checking the Match Room Number checkbox will give the elements the same number as the Room they are in, with the prefix and suffix added.
• Check the Group By Room checkbox to add a sub-step to the numbers of elements that exist in the same Room. You can define the sub-step to be numerical or alphabetical in the sub-step field.

Fixes

• Quick Filter Elements - Fixed a bug when Add to Selection toggle button didn’t work for Naviate Filters.
• Place Views - Fixed a problem with Search Filter always showing Placed Views.
