Jan Tore opens the event with a welcome and some practical information about the upcoming days.

10:10 - 10:55 Naviate Intelligence w/ Nicolai Karved.

10:55-11:15 Fire, Acoustics, and Security w/ Niklas Strannefors.

BIM is becoming essential for ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the project lifecycle. Join us for a brief introduction to the value of BIM and get a sneak peek at Naviate SAFE/Safe ("Security, Acoustic, Fire,Engineering"), showcasing how digital workflows can help create safer and smarter projects.

11:35 - 12:25 Ideation work w/ the Naviate team

The ideation group work is your chance to impact what's next to come in Naviate. The groupwork is to get the discussion going with industry peers and all ideas are welcomed to the table. What is your current biggest pain point, or the annoying stop point in the workflows you run. All input is valid and gathered to be presented and voted for. Best idea wins a price. The Ideation group work is held together with the Naviate team with the present product managers, product owners and product specialists available to assist and contribute.

11:35 - 12:25 Naviate Geotech w/ Thomas Nilsson.

Naviate Geotech is an addon to Civil 3D to import, present and analyze Geotechnical data from Field Manager or from CSV files. Naviate Geotech can then cisualise the data in 3D or in plan and profile.

12:25 - 13:25 Lunch and expert corner

Lunch and an opportunity to say hi to everyone attending. Our Expert corners will be open for discussion and tips on our Naviate portfolio.

Class 1: Naviate Accelerate and Simple BIM. Quality control of the Revit model w/ Nada Ali.

Class 2: Naviate Nebula. How do you handover and transfer documents in projects today? w/ Pierre Gullander.

We dive into backups, document handeling and how to work across borders and regions with document management.

Class 3: BIMFire Model. How to work with the new fire safety parameters and symbols w/ Niklas Strannefors.

With the new Smart Built information structure, the Swedish template has been updated to comply with current regulations. This session will demonstrate how to leverage the new information structure and create the updated set of fire safety drawings.

Class 4: Quantification according to AMA w/ Martin Olsén.

This session will cover how to Naviate can assist you with quantification according to AMA. We will show how to adapt the Naviate sections to AMA and how you can use it in your own.

We will take a look at some of the main features and enhancements to this year’s Autodesk Revit 2027 release. Everything from generic enhancements to discipline specific enhancements for Architecture and Structure.

09:05 - 09:40 What's new in Naviate for Revit w/ Hans Zandhoff and Vedad Orahovac. 

We will take a look at some of the main features in our Naviate 2027 release. In addition to Naviate Accelerate we will cover all disciplines updates and new features.

 How do you create and update the multitude of drawing files required for larger projects? We will show how you handle this both as a designer and as a coordinator.

Class 12: Quantification Landscape Objects w/ Caroline Tigersjö.

Everything in a project nees to be quantified. We need area and volume for all the different surfaces; walking paths, grassy areas, planting beds and parking areas. We need number of plants, trees, bushes, benches, lightposts, bicycle racks and play grounds. We will show how to add information to all these objects and how to combine everything in tables and export it to Excel.

In this masterclass we will go through the most useful workflows in Naviate Structure.

Class 15: Create add-ins in Revit with AI w/ Hans Zandhoff.

We show how to use an AI like Claude to create simple add-ins in Revit. We recommend participants to have knowledge of Claude and AI prompting to attend this session.

Streamline builder’ s work openings coordination across Revit and project teams. Create or import clash openings in Revit, review them in context online, and sync the status, comments, and changes with a single click.

Invoice is sent to the company connected to the org number. Please remember to add PO/invoice details if this is something required in your company. Most companies have a PO practice and will not approve invoices without.

3 for 2 offer: Every third (3rd) registrant from the same company will be reducted from the invoicing. This is administrated when we invoice after the event, no action is needed from attendees.

Conditions

The event is planned to take place in Stockholm, October 6-7. We in Symetri reserve the right to cancel the event if needed. There will be photos and video taken at the event to be used during the event and for later communication of the event and similar activities. All registrants will receive invitation to later events, you can opt-out of these in the email. By attending the event you accept the conditions above.

How to get here

Fenix is easy to reach whether you’re coming from central Stockholm or the surrounding area.

  • By public transport: The nearest subway stations are Odenplan and St. Eriksplan (green line). From there it’s about a 10–15 minute walk. Several bus lines also stop close by along Norra Stationsgatan and Torsgatan.
  • By train: If you arrive by commuter train, get off at Odenplan station and walk or take a short bus ride.
  • By car: Fenix is located just off the E4/E20, with parking facilities available nearby.
  • By bike: There are good cycling routes from the City, Kungsholmen, and Solna, with bike racks available at the venue.

Availability and guidance

Rooms are at ground level. There will be banners and/or signs with "Symetri" outside the rooms. Please ask Fenix staff or any of the Symetri employees at the event for guidance if needed. For all master classes, there will be a Symetri employee gathering all participants to each room.
